Understanding EU Airport Coverage
Under EC 261/2004, any flight departing from an airport within the EU, EEA, or Switzerland is covered by the regulation — regardless of which airline you flew with. This means even non-EU airlines must pay compensation for delays of 3+ hours on flights leaving from these 894 airports.
Click any airport above to see which airlines operate from it, or visit a country page to explore all airports and compensation options in that country. Compensation amounts are fixed by law: €250 for flights under 1,500km, €400 for flights up to 3,500km, and €600 for longer flights.
